Real Estate Course
Lead Community College provides supplementary real estate exam preparation in Surrey. We help you understand course material and practise the knowledge and calculations used in BC real estate studies. Official education, examination and licensing requirements are set by UBC Sauder and BCFSA; our preparation does not replace those requirements or issue a licence.
Our preparation course helps you build the knowledge, professionalism, and exam readiness expected of new real estate representatives in British Columbia. You’ll work through agency relationships, contract and property law essentials, listings and offers, strata and tenancy considerations, risk management, and client care. Each unit includes practice questions, case discussions, and exam strategies so you’re confident on test day and prepared for brokerage life.
